At Irish Perspective Photography we provide an online photographic restoration and image manipulation
service. We sensitively restore your old photographs that may be beginning to feel the effects of time such as fading,
discolouring or torn edges. Having an old photograph restored can bring it back to life and preserve it for
the future and is perfect as a meaningful gift for a loved one.

How it Works
1 - Scan Your Photograph
Scan your print on a flatbed scanner at 300dpi (dots per inch).
If you do not have a scanner you can bring your print to any good
photo lab and have it scanned to a cd for you.
Ideally your image should be approx 10 megabytes in size
Note: Depending on your email provider you may have to size your image to just under 10 Mb.
The quality of the scan you send can greatly affect the final result of
your restoration job.
2 - Email It To Us

Please specify exactly what you would like us to do to your image.
3 - Quote
We will review your photograph and email you back with an exact price
before any work is undertaken. To give you an idea of our price structure please view
the guide below.
4 - Completing Your Order
We will not carry out any work until you ask us to.
When the order is finished we will send you a small thumbnail proof
for your approval.
On approval you will receive an email invoice which will direct to to a
secure paypal site for payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard for online payments and are
verified paypal users.
You will receive the final full sized (print quality) image on a cd.
We also offer a printing service on professional photographic paper
which is available on request.
Postage:
Postage is included for orders requesting CD only.
If you order a print it will be specified before payment is requested.
Price Guide
The cost of restoration is based on the amount of work needed to restore each image.
We have three price brackets as set out below:
Basic Work - €30
Light retouching ( removing dust/small scratches etc.)
Converting colour to black and white.
Correcting redeye.
Advanced Work - €50
Removing large amounts of dust.
Repairing large scratches.
Correcting badly discoloured images.
Detailed Work - €80
Repairing facial damage.
Removing wrinkles/blemishes.
Fixing badly torn prints.
